Health Partners hosts three types of learning opportunities:
Our Communities of Practice (CoP) include a group of people engaging in a 4-part virtual series to share knowledge and conduct an in-depth review of health center practice change related to intimate partner violence, human trafficking and exploitation. CoPs include staff from health centers, primary care associations, and other HRSA-funded health program grantees, as well as staff from community based organizations, including domestic violence & human trafficking (HT) programs and state/territory coalitions, national organizations and public health programs. CoPs differ from webinars in that they are not standalone, one-time events. Instead, they provide an in-depth review of a specific topic across 4 sessions; feature curriculum delivered by faculty; and include peer exchange and discussion to advance skills. CoPs are held once every six months and are announced on our website at least one month in advance of the first session. Webinars are one-time events (rather than a series of meetings) and will be recorded and shared on the Health Partners website afterwards as a YouTube link, along with the PDF slides and transcript.
